Not sure what's the motivation or authenticity of this article. Both excel and python are useful. If the data needs to be cleaned, it's not excel's problem. instead of regex, you can use ctrl-G. Or a more code savvy person can use VBA to achieve automation. Bashing one tech is not an elegant nor clean way to promote another.
